Not long now! Did you find a freewheel?

working on it - really want WI but have heard mixed reports (plus now budget gone cost is issue again!). May go ACS or Shimano or similar temporarily.

talking of which - can anyone point me to a 3/32 16t freewheel that's in between Shimano/ACS (£25) quality and the WI (£70) quality? Around the £40-£50 mark.

I can see a few 1/8" ones in 17t, like Tensile and Token. But nothing in 16t and 3/32 :(

So is the content of this Single Speed thread supposed to be any different to this one:

http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=151190

Which was started before this one !!

now why couldn't that be in silver?!

on Tarty bikes I really liked the look of the Tensile (esp. since you can use a shimano BB tool on it) - but it's only 18t :(

this one might be an option. suspect I'll have to go 1/8" chain though

Aye wee bit confusing, probably best to split mtb singlespeeds and roadie fixed wheels. Now we have two threads though :) I would imagine that there is limited interest for both, so single threads in appropriate sections hopefully keep it on topic!
