Yeh! Looks brilliant - just like we said it would! You've worked hard at getting it to this condition, now enjoy riding it (when the weather improves!).

Nice job done! Please put cables behind the bars as they should be :? Is there a reason for two different pedals?

cheers for the comments guys :)

the cables was that way when i got the bike so ive just put the new ones back as they was,, ive also had a little look around online etc and it seems some came that way and some didnt?? no idea my self and am totally open to getting it right :)

re the pedal.. it comes tomorrow all being well lol..

ohhh we have sun here in the midlands.. and the roads are starting to look dry!!,,, should i??,, first ride?

i ended up taking ernie out and putting about 10 miles on the cyclometer (LOL).. man he rides nice :).. very happy with the results and everything seems free and smooth and trouble free.... certainly a different world to my mountain bike (not been on a road bike since the end of the 80's!!). way easier to keep up the pressure on hills :) but man dya feel the bumps! :)
