Retro Race Frame Refurb

Hi All

This is my old race frame 94/5 i believe. It was custom made by my brother who made some great frames in the past. He dusted off his spray guns to respray it for me. It's mainly columbus slx with some fancy aero fork blades and seat stays.

Nice frame,

Not the same John Perks of Falcon Cycles fame? a relative of mine has a very nice original 531 John Perks with N-Rec on it. He bought it late 80's

Wondered if it was the same, as I always liked that bike and wanted to know a bit more about them.

Not seen that photo before. I see Bernard quite often, he rides with our local group. Graham is unfortunately no longer with us and I saw Billy in February at a re-union. Albert is well known in the steam railway fraternity as the owner of large locomotives ('Bert' Hitchen). Ernie also no longer with us.

The only one I've never actually met is your Dad!

Yes, excellent, the frames and the set of photos. I'd not seen those when I first looked. Some great times and memories there - and old stars!
