A bit different....

The spindle extension is well executed, but the brake conversion is excellent.

The use of remote cable operated master cylinders is an excellent demonstration of sideways thinking and engineering, my favorite kind. Very commendable, and a worthwhile result.

looks great.... :D

but....

i take it that its a standard 26" frame with standard 29r fork? if so do your toes touch the front wheel on tight courners?

Thanks for the kind words lads ;)

Went out for a 47mile jaunt today on it,no problems with my feet catching at all (it was a concern) :D

Fantastic job. BB axle ought to be fine. The brakes are similar in function to things I have seen before, very well executed and aesthetically good.

The overall look of the bike is makes it fairly difficult to spot its origins.

Looks good. I have post here somewhere asking what brakes cylinders have minimal bulk for a similar but different version. If you ditch those fitted let me know.
Did you open them out from 25.4 to 26mm to fit the drop bars or did they cope?
