I made some stand off hose mounts for a full suspension bike out of cable ties and some small diameter plastic pipe, may have been plastic hydraulic hose.
Cut the pipe into short (10mm) lengths, find some small cable ties that will fit through pipe. Put the end of cable tie through pipe, make loop round brake hose, then push end of cable tie back through pipe, then put cable tie round frame, zip it up.
The hydraulic hose is held away from frame, good if you don't want the hose marking frame.
The trick is finding the right size pipe and cable tie combination so that the 2 fit together OK.
