1993 Zaskar Build

I don't think those Z1's look out of place at all, plenty of Zaskars had those forks. What's the seat post at the moment? Dare I suggest a black Syncros ones?

I'm deffo liking the bombers more now tbh, seatpost is currently a USE one.

Would like a syncros one, or maybe a KORE one maybe...I think I need to concentrate on finishing this build before I start on changes

Welded ones.

While I think of it, this is my frame. I thought these were 94 original decals.

Trying to sort out some new ones with Gil-m but the ones he has are
different. Did they use just one set of decals per year (apart from the
coloured frames, or did they just use what they had in stock.

Ok, axle width it 110mm.

Anyone shed any light if this could be my problem :p

Its hard to imagine the extra 3mm on a 113mm making much difference :?

The cable isn't in the right place. Do that first then try? Fiddle with the adjusters too? I doubt the axel is at fault. There should be 5-15mm free space at the side of the chainstays where the crankends are. Take a picture, the space should show us more ;)

try the mech designed for compact chainsets first, then start worrying if it doesnt work.
