Anyone know the differance between TL-PD33 & 63???

what do you want to adjust? Do you want to remove the plastic collar I assume? If so it's the plastic tool that's kind of square on the outside and splined on the inside. Don't see them very often on Ebay, but most people have one as I think they came with the SPD's.
