Could ayone help id this frame, the stickers might be misleading as there are 2 rivit marks where a head badge must have been. There is a serial number on the rear drop out 'F5924' and bb bracket has 'British made' with the following numbers 'GR23 VV LS'
Would really love to know what it is a i am going to rebuild a bike around it.
