1989 Raleigh Avanti

Been for a quick loop on the Avanti today after a quick clean and removal brown waxy grease stuff. Feels good although a little short TBH. Im not sure how long the anodising on the rims will last :oops:

£100 well spent I'd say. One of those bikes that is such a timewarp that it need sot only come out on nice summer days.

Hi Terry,

Not sure why the rims are non original spec, I recall Raleigh changed spec sometimes on certain models. Would they be period ?

M6CDs are def period - for '89.
