those brakes are a great match for the frame

modern tyres eh? Might try the speedkings on rather than the XC's.

the tyres are 440 grams and a large volume so no brainer there

still running heavy tubes tho so another 200 or so grams to be shed

and about 100 mm of seatpost

bang on 8 kgs at the moment

it seems fine
even dad was complimentary about it

its an SLR with the cover removed and a bit of trimming
i think it started out at 120 or so

i got it from kaya for a fiver

A real benchmark weight wise- love the brakes too. Mind you, it's a weight/ looks combo that counts
