I think 1200 grams for those tires is not that bad considering their size.
i dont know about the rims though. Maybe they could be little narower and lighter. In trials there are quite wide rims in comparison to tires, because you jump to inclined surfaces and to the side a lot so you need the back wheel to be very stable. but for snow riding those rims seems maybe too wide to me. dont know.
 
whole bike is under 30lb, that seems pretty good to me, and rotational mass is only an issue at higher speeds and is a benefit downhill.
 
yeah. Its 28.6 lb if im right.

Btw had a ride this weekend. And I wished i had fat bike :D
I rode my fathers Kona with not very good tires and the occasional struggling i wrote about before wasnt that much fun.
