Rojo - your scottish neighbour is probably all hot air with a rough accent. Don't be put off by that accent, it means nothing.
Although I remember when me and the wife first moved to Kent we went to a nice quiet pub for a chat with a couple of Glaswegian pals. Within about 5 minutes our end of the pub had cleared completely and everyone else was standing at the other end :roll:
