Where are these made?
Is there an original connection with the Goat brand?
Is there an original connection with the Goat brand?
Resurected in 2006 by first flight bicycles in the USA and made by a couple of different quality custom frame builders, here is a snipet from the goat site:
"We have commissioned a very limited quantity of Mountain Goat frames to be made each year with the approval of Mountain Goat founder Jeff Lindsay. The same legendary handling, custom options, and ride quality as the original, but with ability to use modern suspension forks and disc brakes"
You can even have the custom colours from the original painter Russ Pickett of Air art!
To put "limited quantity" into perspective, mine was the only Whiskeytown Racer produced this year :shock:
