I've made two (relatively small) orders in the last two weeks and had both within a few days

When the snow hits you Alex, that might be the last order you get from outwith London let alone within London. Good luck its looking bad :shock:

CRC have dropped a right clanger with my order!
In a nutshell they said they sent me an email asking me to confirm that i wanted to cancel 1 part from my order. email never arrived.
So today after speaking to 3 monkeys I spoke to the cheif monkey and he sorted out all the mess. Will be shipped tomorrow but now no chance of santa delivering it!
Oh and Carboncycles.cc delivered some nice carbon goodies on Friday, however my special 390mm length forks are still not here..... 3 months and still waiting :evil:

OIC they were waiting for confirmation about the order, a reply to an email you never received. Bummer!
