is it a hollow spindle ?
if so get a length of threaded rod or a looooonnnng bolt and fit it thru the
spindle fit yer b/b tool and then fit nuts to hold it all together
then tighten the nuts really tight then try to get the b/b tool to turn the cup
if you fit it in the fixed side (cant remember what side that is ) it should start to go ,turn it the right way obviously
what you want to do is to get the b/b tool to bite into the cup ,might need 2 or 3 goes , if it wont get a grip try putting a bit of course sand in between
the tool and the cup
if its not hollow you'll need to get an m8x1mm bolt and do essentially the same

take your time and think twice act once

I think bigeck is going to give it a go at getting it out for me, if i see it again i will throw it and break something else :x :x

I may need your help with another mater though mikee
