Tips on stuck bb in frame with no teeth on bb to use tool.

Was drilling in dark and took a bit of the side of the frame shell off :( :( :(

So throw it back in the garage and will tip it tomorrow :x :x

Another member pm'd me to say he has made a tool to get these out so maybe ok mm but if not will give you a shout ;)
 
is it a hollow spindle ?
if so get a length of threaded rod or a looooonnnng bolt and fit it thru the
spindle fit yer b/b tool and then fit nuts to hold it all together
then tighten the nuts really tight then try to get the b/b tool to turn the cup
if you fit it in the fixed side (cant remember what side that is ) it should start to go ,turn it the right way obviously
what you want to do is to get the b/b tool to bite into the cup ,might need 2 or 3 goes , if it wont get a grip try putting a bit of course sand in between
the tool and the cup
if its not hollow you'll need to get an m8x1mm bolt and do essentially the same

take your time and think twice act once
