I was surprised to. But then the steerer is very short. Will get the steerer made up to 195 a-head then see what the weight is. At a guess around 740+gram area which is still a very good weight

Will replace bosses with ti and re-weigh

Weighed with out the star bolt in the steerer 522 grams

1994 Project 2's from a lava dome, threaded steerer: 840g
..with mud, canti bosses and old style steel steerer plug thing jammed in. Looks like their claimed 780g is about right.

Noleen crosslink ELT: 1680g
with 220ish mm of steerer, star flanged nut and canti bosses.
