Flat black handlebar

Need a black flat bar above 21in wide.

Cheap is also good. Doesn't need to be pimpy, just fill the above criteria.

Anyone?

I have a ~1991 Specialized Heat Treated (CrMo) bar 590mm wide available and also there's a similar aluminum one (560mm?) coming in. They have engraved Specialized logos in them.
