Manitou SX - opinions & advice please

@MM
If I need a hand finding some?
Or if I need a hand getting them fettled?

I might try a "wanted" ad - you never know.

I have some red ones on the way,but may have a use for them,if you find any send them along and I will service them top to bottom.....karma :cool:

The manitou sxr from 2000 is disc compatible and 80mm or 100mm depending which model you can find,they are a great fork,but so are the pace,they both have grease injection and are easy to maintain :cool: :cool:

Yes but it's an Orange. Oranges only speak pace. They only speak tourist Manitou.

(Just kidding of course)

@MM
Red wouldn't look right on this build - silver with a hint of blue ano :)
There's some slinky looking SIDs out on eBay in quite a nice metallic blue - but non-disc

@DBMTB
If I could land a Pace RC?? to bolt on it - I'd be happy.
I've currently got some Maniou Splice on it - too long, too heavy and too WRONG - but it gets me out on it. I was only building it as a winter hack :?: :?:
Is that an RS2 in your pic there? 122mm or 124.5mm BB for you?

Cheers!

It´s an RS3 on a 113mm Royce.

But I have an RS1 on a 122mm Hope, on another bike if that´s any help to you.

I've got an Truvativ on the MrXC at present - on a 113mm.

But have a rather nice silver/blue RS2 to pop on there. I'll ride the Truvativ through the winter and then sort the RS2s out with a new 122mm BB when the weather's better.

Happy days!
I'm soon to receive some rather nice Pace RC36 ProClass II - from a very nice guy on here!
He'd put a FS thread up in April and they were still available!

Thanks for your help chaps
