What has stuck the seat post? Do you think someone has jammed one in that's one size up?
I ended up welding a long bar across my last stuck one so I could get some purchase on it. It was a sod to get out. I think it was one size too big for the tube and really rammed in there.

dont think its wrong size looks original . bar stem moves freely . think its never been greased and probably welded together just tried penetrating oil up to now
always open to suggestions!
believe plus gas is good . i can ride it as is but ideally needs to be slightly adjustable for fine tuning.
