Flat 110 stem and 25mm wide bars now in place - I just can't bring myself to fit a 50mm stem and 720mm Spank risers in wet white.
 
720 would be overkill, but 685 would be, imho, perfect. easton carbon perhaps, in keeping with the front end?

First proper ride on Sunday across crisp frozen ground with a 120 flat stem and some wider X-Lite Xpert bars. Didn't take long until I forgot that it was a bike that I hadn't really ridden before which is always a good sign.
 
Tremedous - Dekerf's are keepers if only for their rarity, in fact, hen's teeth are more common. Suspension front end might be a good idea, it has been around for a while now...... :D
