Maybe the ti stem is a bit svelte/underdimensioned looking for the burly looking alu frame. Pics of complete bike would have helped defining proportions.

Wouldn't have chosen the Syncros anyway. Hinged S, no thanks.

The ano bits add flavour.
 
Stem and seat post do not have to match as in: they are the same make.
They do have to go together. The choice here is an (inappropriate) hinged/two toned stem against a ti stem and the winner is the one that bridges the frame to the (TI!) bars.....best. The ti stem.
 
Further Modification

Think this looks that bit more refined with the Black spacers and top cap? The Stem is the standard Dynatech team issue incidently, but I stripped the Black Powder coat, so it matched the frame.
