What Chain?

hi everyone,

im looking for a new chain to run on my bike, it has to be a seven speed compatible version and i want to know what everyone would reccomend ? weight is an issue too! im running a shimano block and front rings by the way, i dont mind spending a bit of money but a good rohloff is out of the question as my rings and cassette are worn a little.

Personally I'd run the cheapest as chains are disposable. KMC ones look quite spangly though.
I've always used Sedis / SRAM as they seem to outlast anyone else's.

Well you can't get an HG90 any more...

Always found Shimano chains to be quieter than Sedis.

So it'd have to be an HG70. Just be sure to connect it correctly.
