what size is it? Which way does the front mech cable run? I'd be interested in just the frame

From the pictures it looks like the front mech cable is going down the down tube and not along the top tube like the other cables. My Kestrel frame all the cables travel along the top tube. I can't see the front mech cable stops on the top tube or the seat tube.

front mech = down
rear mech = up (like rear brake)
