i did go for it 
- pick up on wed - apparently bike is in immaculate condition - 22" frame which is good for me (6'4") - i figured that if it was cack then i could strip parts for my diamondback but prob now end up with yet another bike - just have to keep looking for bits for the DB
I have a feeling that i'll prob collect at least 6 bikes before i finish the DB
