Rockshox Monarch 3.1 Rear & Ario 2.1 Rear

Here's My new Rockshox Monarch 3.1 rear air shock
taken from my Boardman Team FS as i laid my hands on the 3.3 version

it measures 190mm eye to eye and is in excellent condition

i'm looking for a nice rear air shock, 165mm good condition,fox etc?
or some forks, like MX pro (mine don't feel right)
