Just come back from Cwm Carn....my first proper off road excursion for months and months...and boy am I unfit :oops:
Great singletrack..but a lot of work on my fully rigid steed.
Happy days.

my local trails dude :) give me a shout next time you're heading over. waaaay more around there than just the way-marked trail (ride to brecon with barely any road :D
