Koga Miyata Gentsracer - Aero / Aeroluxe

Already in 1985 you see the than new DA 7400 group fitted on the FullPro-S and ProRacer-S models. Dyna Drive cranks and pedals were no part of the 7400 group. The concept was discontinued.

Adamas AX and Deore could be ordered and specced by everyone.

The fact that you see a lot high end Shimano gruppos on Kogas has also to do with that was initially distributor for Shimano as well, before Shimano Europe was established.

Hi,
As I cannot read Dutch, can you tell me first year DD Pedals were used?
And what model name of cranks pedals?
Also AX never used just plain " DURA-ACE" embosed on outside of cranks?
Plain "DURA_ACE" was the EX model cranks?

In 1980 on the FullPro-L, FullPro and GentsLuxe-S models.

Dura Ace EX

Yes, if they do do not explicitely say 'AX', they are EX cranks. EX crank >>

If they were Dyna Drive models yes. If they weren't, they were part of the normal Dura Ace gruppo.

Hi,
Many thanks for your precise detailed info on AX parts.
One more question, I have never seen any reference to cleats? for DD pedals?

Regads,

Actually I do think it is an authentic AX part and not something Koga specific
