I echo what silverclaws says. Don't repaint it unless you have to and to me it looks good enough to leave well alone.

Great scans Dendy, i can't see the bendy seatstays on that kili pro picture though, I guess its just the photo angle.

Easy rider - neill provided me with the scan i just posted it..

I have saw a 96 kili pro before and it had bendy stays. tis to hard to tell from side on shot i suppose.

I'm proud to finally have a bike to post up on this thread. Not strictly speaking a Saracen, maybe, but of interest to the thread hopefully.

I'm sure I'll get many years enjoyment from this bike, definately a 'keeper'.

Came across a Saracen brochure and price list from Jan 1985. It appears that they were from a few months before the Conquest was released - from what I can remamber I bought my Conquest in Summer - but alas 25 years ago is a long time ago....
