I dont know about repaint or not but his original price is a bit optimistic. The last of these to leave the factory in the early 2000's was listed at £450 rrp, so only just over half of what he quotes.
I'm in no way questioning its authenticity as above or his asking price, only pionting out that it was in no way £850 new.
