Its my favourite bit on my local loop. The more I think about it the more I think we'll stick with repeating the same loop, purely because it means we can rag this bit again!

Just to avoid any double entendres, here's a picture I found of LGF sticking it into his big ring and grinding it, he said it was hard & a bit slippery going under the rubber.

I think he should have used a smoother technique as initially it was a struggle to get going in the big ring. I seem to remember LGF taking it lying down at one point with his wheels in the air.

Note the protection he's used to avoid getting lubricant all over his trousers
