Was somene selling various done up old stuff. They all had price tags on them - some in the frankly "optimistic" camp.

up to 100m² - £150 + VAT per m²
over 100m² - £140 + VAT per m²
over 200m² - £130 + VAT per m²
Shell scheme
£180 + VAT per m²
