Unknown Holdsworth lugless from around 1948(?)

A 1948 La Quelda would have had the wire on mudguard eyes up the stays. The top of the seat stays had a ridge in the end cap, and the forks were very small in circumference.
I can't see the finalé on the stays, and the forks look latter but the crown looks right.

what do you mean about the forks? As in not much side clearance? also I don't really know what wire on mudguard stays look like, this had bolts through the dropouts and a bolt on the brake mount

When I was looking out for one I picked up a few identifying characteristics. One was the guard tabs on the stays and the other were the thin forks. However after looking at more there seems to be a heck of a lot of variation.
There's a good example on classiclightweights under readers bikes.
