Rob - Still got my Hardrock's forks, direct-drive cr-mo, possibly too late for you though? Red, 97, 1 1/8 threaded. long steerer tube too, so could possibly switch to a-head..

Those levers are called "gayboy" levers, do a google search for them.
eBay is where I got bar tape but think velo had some so might be worth a pm.
