Ti and carbon frame,sub 3lbs,perfect condition,18" £1100

I'm trying to reduce the file size to put up a picture of the whole bike but progress is slow.Do I just crop the original?

Resize in paint, open paint, open file, press ctrl+w and resize, don#t crop as you lose some of the pic
