So a couple of pic updates - nearly done on this now. I'm waiting for a Royce BB & DX thumbies to arrive in the post & then I'm finished. Will re-post the finished article then. I'm really happy with how it's turned out - I had a mixture of DX & XT to begin with then tried to go all-out DX. The pedals have been an interesting challenge - got a decent pair offf the Bay that were scratched up pretty badly but came out well after being stripped down, painted and printing the Shimano lettering onto a label - not too durable I imagine but I wanted the finished article to look right before I started riding. Full spec (weight tbc once the final bits have been added obviously):

The thumbies arrived the other day (albeit with dodgy clamps so I've had to swop the levers onto some XT mounts :-( ) and Royce delivered today. So tomorrow I'll tap the bb threads, cable her up & she'll be good for a ride at the weekend
