Today I have been trying to avoid buying these to go with my newly acquired Kevin Winter frame (in red):

Must... Resist....

they are lush- go on

No, I will resist. I'm negotiating for a set of Maguras for the Kevin Winter, and will probably go with bar end shifters if I get the Maguras. This will be built onto drops on the Kevin Winter, and a Campag triple mech sourced to be permanently cable and mounted. This will be the summer bike and the Rbble will be the winter bike, and they will share my existing wheels (Mavic CXP22s on Campag hubs), chain, chainset and rear mech.

If the Magura deal falls through, it'll be bars and stem shared as well.

If I remain resolute...

Went for a spin with the dog up Loch Etive, bothyers might recognise the terrain

Great pictures. I especially like the collie dug (used to have one.) Loch Etive is stunning. It used to be a regular club ride for me and my mates. Started at Bridge of Orchy hotel, down glen orchy to taynuilt and then up through the glen, following loch etive back to Glen Orchy. One helluva ride :D At least it was dry for you three today!
