You're in for a treat, especially if you like hills. Mendips to the south, Cotswolds to the north, canal tow paths, and the soon to be opened two tunnels project means you'll even be able to cycle underground. You don't even need to leave the city boundary if you fancy taking on a few over 25% hills. In fact every direction out of Bath (bar one) involves a pretty big climb. You will love it.

Did I mention the hills?

As mentioned loads of hills! Also sally in the woods [ bradford on avon ]
box woods [ jumps] Then a bit further 15 miles my way erlestoke woods and longleat forest.
We have regular thursday night rides too!

You can't move oliver! You have to apply to the lincs a.e.c. For a transfer form and pay the fee first!

Lots of good riding to be had around the area

Favorites are Browns folly, Box woods and of course Erelstoke woods and salisbury plain which has lots of descents of it and some steep stuff.

Marlborough downs are nice as well and within an hours drive
