Only thing I'd address is adding the Syncros decal to the stem.

I was thinking of leaving the stem as it is. As in the 1991 brochure the stem has no decals on it. I think it looks more subtle without having syncros decals plastered everywhere.
I'll try and get some scales to weigh it , its not that light though. I would say around 26 / 27 lbs

You need to get a decent camera though to really do it some justice photographically.

not expecting it to be light. mine will be hovering around the same if i eventually get it back together.
