what were the 2 coast towns called? and how far was it each day, 56km both days?
i have to venture north next year at some point, it's starting to feel like it should be some kind of a right of passage!

Yeah when you consider there wasn't a disc brake or suspension fork in site
and every body had loaded panniers of some kind

Very impressive especially the canti riders
Didnt you carry any more than fits into a single pannier,was that enough storage :?
