29ers

I'll stick with my 28er, a Townsend Hybrid i can shoehorn 28 x 1.75's into.

For some strange reason I find the bigger a wheels diameter I want a narrower tyre thus 2.4's on a 26er look good to me but the same on a 29er dont :?

Anyhoo I'll wait untill I can afford a 36er

i have a 29r too, there superb, more speed, roll over bigger objects etc etc.........you get used to them pretty quickly too.

fell free to have a shot on it at the glentress meet next month.

why thank you

Agree also, if you ride big fat tyres you need a big frame. Anything with a 20" frame or less to me just looks proportionally and aethetically wrong in 29er guise.

Grumpy and stuck in my ways, YES

Aesthetic tips from Gazz and Velo don't carry too much weight to be honest
