Im after ideally a left hand ss7 brake lever, failing that a right hand one will do as i can strip it for the return spring and rebuild my existing lever.
Any one got any thing... maybe other dia compe return springs will work?
Rather bizarrely, I have a couple of dia-compe service kits for SS7 levers, includes new washers, bushes, return springs etc, everything you need to bring your lever back up to scratch. Can post a pic of contents if you like, £5 posted.
Graaah, good job I checked, they're for SS5 levers, not SS7.
I'm not familiar with the spring system the SS7s use, is it a proper spring or had they moved to telescopic types by then? If its a proper spring, the kits may work.
