To go on the front of my Klein Pulse. THink it had manipoos on it originally with about 60 mm of travel. Looking for something thats in the same time frame.

Manitou Comp's '96, very good order. 11/8" 200mm steerer, with instructions and brand new elastomers (firm), not yet fitted. £60 posted UK.
