Hi ben,, depending how minty you want the levers,, have a word with tony ( tonyf39) as he has a set of levers that are a little too marked for me, but may be just the ticket for you...

Think he is away for a couple of days, so if you dont get a immediate response then dont worry, he'll get back to you.. :)

Let me know what you want for them if Haberdashery passes , I have some single pivot DA calipers that need levers! (In australia for post though)
 
I'm recovering them from my parent's gaf tonight or tomorrow and I'll post pictures.
I think I've even got the instructions!
