Need to rent a house in Cardiff...Roath area
3 bedrooms please...that's 3 proper bedrooms...not one downstairs that should be the reception room, and one upstairs that's a broom cupboard.
Bathroom upstairs would be good too.
Fully furnished too....and for me that's more than a cheap 'dining' table and three miss-matched chairs, a sofa that behaves like brie on a hot day.
And would it be too much to ask for a bathroom that looks moderately hygenic? A shower that...oh heck...forget it.
I won't start on kitchens.
Of course no doubt you want full deposit that you will argue the toss about when I leave even though I have improved your sh*t hole beyond comparison....and charge ridiculous rent with no service.
