Thanks Ed. Just checked it against the letterhead that came from Abbots Hill and it looks like a printer's typo. All sorted now and correct postcode is now in original post.

just a quick...is the cafe on saturday easy to spot, it seems the high street is tiny on google maps, so id guess it is?
