Thank you for showing me, one of my dream bikes. Month after month............................marnati....Masi..........Cinelli.......Marastoni.........
all wonderful bikes............

I stand corrected. The crank was introduced in 1958. Such a bike!

This is truly a gorgeous bike, and Cinellis have always been one of my favorites. You've done an amazing job with the restoration. I'm no expert, of course, but isn't this later than 1958? That model of Campi crank was just going out of production when I got my first new racing bike in 1970 (maybe 1969). It was replaced with the Nuovo Record with the smaller-diameter bolt pattern. I had the same rear der and hubs on the used Carlton I bought in 1968, so they could be several years older. The front der is newer, as the older Campi ones were the box-shapes. Again, I don't profess expertise, and I'd appreciate being corrected. Cheers, and thanks for posting this beauty!

Very nice

At least we get an Italy vs Holland now :)

My entry: It comes with a healthy amount of patina and it is pretty much all original. I hope you like my 1962 (pre-Champion Mondial era) Gazelle roadie >>>

1975 Carlton Criterium.

Pretty much stock, save for new tyres and Campagnolo Gran Turismo rear mech. 22" frame. One of Worksop's finest. :)
