camel bak tip
erm heres a tip, to stop your drinking bladder going mouldy, when you have finished your ride, unscrew the plastic tube/straw thingy and bend it in half and put it in the bladder where you top it up with liquid and turn it upside down ! all the excess water should drip out and the straw/tube seperates the sides of the bladder allowing it to "air" properly. umm well it makes sense to me anyway ! hahah

Stop your drinks bladder going mouldy - store it in the freezer.

When getting stubborn BB cassetttes out, remove the cranks then lay bike down on grass. This way you can put all your weight onto the BB tool ( to stop it slipping and) whilst other hand does the turning.
Unsightly brown tea stains in your favourite mug? Make a paste of bio washing powder, drop of water will soon shift it.
