Sweet bike, what year is it?

I just picked up a Rossin prestige frame with the hex tubing. They're beautifully put together. I don't know much about the builder, but heard he used to work for Colnago and then went solo - is this correct?

Rossin

That's what I read too, he left Colnago in 74 and set up across the road! his frames were ridden by Tour riders including Roger De Vlaemenck and a couple of teams, I bookmarked all that info somewhere.
Ray at John Atkins cycles said it was no ordinary frame, the rear brake hanger and BB being 'investment grade' castings.
The shifter cables run through the BB casting rather than across external grooves or welded on cable guides.
The groupset is Shimano 600 with arabesque derailleurs on mine so guess early 80s? the shifters are Sachs Huret and the hubs and QR sunrour with weinmann rims; Bars and stem are Ambrosio. :D
