I am not in your area but is it ok to join a ride ??

I know a few guys in this area and once i get my bikes built i would like to do a weekend trip up to one of your meets. Would this be ok???
I would need to find cheap travel that i can bring my bike with me and maybe a cheap hotel for the night. But i would like to meet up with guys i chat to on here and see where you guys ride. Not sure if this is alllowed though??

Anybody can ride with MacRetro, just dont be better than us, it'll damage our pride

We're not a club, just a bunch of like minded souls who get together via this forum to ride old bikes, fall off old bikes and chunter on about old bikes

We're having our big national event meet in October at Glentress but we ride most months, just keep checking to see what we're up to.

Cool I am very very unfit , so no worries about being better

I would probably be at the back holding everyone up.

When in october is it?? My 30th birthday in October .
